Herb Cunningham has been a licensed real estate professional since September of 2013. Herb brings a wealth of knowledge to the team as a lifetime resident of Delaware and over 25 years of employment with the City of Newark. He is passionate about delivering quality service.

His passion to deliver quality service as an employee came to an abrupt change in May of 2014. Herb was diagnosed with not one, but two brain aneurysms. The thought of it was devastating to say the least, at that moment nothing else seemed to matter. His trust in God and the support of family and friends got him through this difficult time. Herb is grateful that he now has the opportunity to work beside his wife Lakeisha in real estate.

When Herb is not working, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wonderful wife and his three children—Herb III, Brianna, and Bryson.
