Lakeisha Cunningham has been a licensed real estate professional since September of 2004. She began her career with Weichert Realtors. After 5 years, she later moved to Re/Max Associates where she continued her career before moving to Keller Williams Realty where she formed The Cunningham Team.

Lakeisha’s broad expertise, integrity, and knowledge of the local real estate market has earned her a very well respected reputation in New Castle County. As a leader, Lakeisha’s strong work ethic has enabled her to survive in this industry when our country faced some of it’s most difficult economic challenges. She has learned that maintaining relationships with business partners, industry experts, and community leaders has proven to provide a competitive advantage to the clients we serve. Understanding the importance of staying in the loop, Lakeisha has served on the New Castle County Board of Realtors Budget and Finance Committee and on the YWCA of Newark’s Real Estate Advisory Committee. 

When Lakeisha is not working, she enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and their two children- Brianna and Bryson and supporting her local church.

Lakeisha has personally served on the Budget and Finance committee with the New Castle County Board of Realtors (2 years), YWCA Real Estate Advisory Committee (7 Years), and most recently served on the Agent Leadership Committee for Keller Williams Greater Newark office.  All efforts and community involvement increase awareness of the needs of our members and the people in the communities in which we are called to serve.
