Tijuana started her career at First USA Bank, as a customer service professional. Later, taking on a new role of Customer Advocacy Specialist in the Executive Office were she handled customer complaints filed with Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. After several bank mergers, Tijuana was laid off. She then started a new job at Celotex Asbestos Trust aka Delaware Claims Processing Facility were she worked as a Auditor reviewing patients work history, pathology/autopsy reports, chest X-rays and other medical records for the validity of interstitial lung diseases, lung cancer and mesothelioma lawsuit claims. After 14 years, Tijuana decided to go back into banking and currently works as a Organized Fraud Investigator.  In addition, she’s ventured out into real estate and joined The Cunningham Team in July 2022.

Representing Delaware’s buyers and sellers, Tijuana’s enthusiastic, can-do attitude and caring nature is ideal for identifying each client’s desires and skillfully guiding them to fullfill their real estate goals. She brings over fifteen years of customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. In her spare time she loves to try new restaurants, travel, bike and enjoys going to old school music concerts.
